Independence Mission Schools Campaign Report

I served as the lead designer and production partner for Independence Mission Schools’ Campaign Report, guiding the project from concept through final delivery in close collaboration with the advancement team. My role focused on developing a clear, cohesive visual system aligned with IMS’s brand, and translating complex financial and programmatic information into a layout that was both accessible and compelling for donors and stakeholders. Throughout the process, I worked to ensure the report reflected not only the success of the campaign, but the values and mission at the heart of the organization.

Beyond design, I managed the full production workflow across multiple review cycles, including the preparation of 53 manually customized, print ready files for top donors. I integrated narrative content, data visualization, photography, and brand standards into a unified publication that could function effectively in both donor visits and broader development communications. The final report became a core storytelling tool for the campaign, supporting relationship building, transparency, and long term fundraising efforts.
